A seasoned law enforcement professional with a 26-year career in the FBI, Mike specializes in counterterrorism, organized crime, and complex investigations. As Director of Training, he designs cutting-edge programs that prepare clients for modern challenges, including advanced investigative techniques and simulation-based learning. Mike has extensive international experience training law enforcement agencies worldwide.

From School Safety Audits and Emergency Operations Plans to Vulnerability and Threat Assessments, along with personal protection training and private investigations, our offerings fulfill a wide array of security needs.
Lateralus Group is a registered consultant with the Texas School Safety Center (TxSSC) and an authorized bidder in Region 19. We hold credentials in all disciplines: Audit, Emergency Operations Plans, School Behavioral Threat Assessments, and Others. Our instructors are FBI, TCOLE, and ALERRT certified in active shooter, firearms, and negotiations, to name a few. They have also served as police instructors to state and local police departments nationwide. We are also members of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS).
